A short tone after every counted rep, so your eyes stay off the phone. It mixes with your music instead of pausing it.

Log neck, waist and hip measurements with a tape and follow your body-fat estimate as a trend over the weeks.
Suggested sessions
Answer two questions and the app suggests a push, pull or leg day from what you've logged, with sets, reps and a starting weight. A suggestion, not a prescription.

Does it work on machines, or only barbells?
Both. Machines are the main use — it magnets straight onto the weight stack — and it clamps to a barbell too.
Do I need a subscription?
Not for the core app.

Where do you ship?
The first batch ships inside Egypt only, to every governorate. Other countries will follow.
Can I return it?
Yes: within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging, and it comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Details are in Shipping & returns.
