Shipping & returns
How delivery, payment, returns and the warranty work for Xtrack pre-orders.
Where we ship
The first batch ships inside Egypt only, to all 27 governorates. Other countries will follow.
When it arrives
Deliveries start on 15 November 2026, in the order that pre-orders were confirmed. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–5 days.
Before anything ships, we call you on the number you gave to confirm your order and address.
Shipping cost
- The first 50 orders: 2,000 EGP including free shipping.
- After that: 2,500 EGP plus 100 EGP shipping, the same to every governorate. The total is shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Prices include VAT. There is no extra charge for cash on delivery.
Payment
- InstaPay (first batch only): transfer the total when you order and upload a screenshot of the transfer. We check it before shipping.
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives.
- This website never asks for card details.
Cancelling before it ships
You can cancel any time before your order ships by emailing info@x-track.app or telling us on the confirmation call. If you paid by InstaPay, we refund the full amount by InstaPay.
Returns
- You can return Xtrack within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging with everything that came in the box.
- If it arrives faulty or damaged, we cover the return shipping. For any other return, you pay the return shipping.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, by InstaPay or the way you paid.
- To start a return, email info@x-track.app with your order number.
Warranty
Xtrack comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. We repair or replace a faulty unit free of charge.
The warranty does not cover damage from drops, water, opening the device, or use it was not designed for.
To claim, email info@x-track.app with your order number and a short description or photo of the problem.
